Online store www.ehshirts.com is operated by Shirts&Co OÜ (registry code 14575632), located at Vabaduse pst 169, Tallinn 10911. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ella Hopfeldt online store

Placing an order

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price, if applicable.

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via Paypal or by credit card.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure website where you can login and confirm your payment. All your payment details are managed within PayPal and none of your financial details are shared with us. 

Credit card payments are handled via the STRIPE secure payments platform. Stripe is one of the most widely used online payment processors and is used by companies such as Amazon, Google and Uber. On our credit card checkout page, we use an SSL connection to securely transmit your credit card details directly to Stripe who are fully PCI compliant. NO credit card details pass through our servers. 

If you own a discount code it has to be entered into the discount code field. The system will then calculate and dispaly a new discounted price in the shopping cart.

A contract is formed between us and you when (and not before) we have sent you confirmation by email to the email address you have given and received settlement of your PayPal/ credit card payment. If you want to amend your order you must contact us as soon as possible. 

Payments are accepted in euros

If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.


Delivery of Ella Hopfeldt shirts is quick and efficient. We will send the goods within a business day after receiving the payment and deliver to all countries all over the world.

The purchaser bears the shipping cost (if applicable) and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

All shipments within Estonia are made via Omniva parcel automates and the delivery is always free of charge. The parcel will arrive at the automate specified by the purchaser within 2 business days after shipping.

All shipments outside of Estonia are handled by Estonian Post and usually arrive within 7-20 business days.

Returns and exchanges

We know you are going to look great in your Ella Hopfeldt dress shirt, however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to receive a full refund or have an item exchanged, please keep in mind that you have up to 14 days to cancel the contract and return the goods. The right to cancel the contract does not apply for legal entities.

If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your goods, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

How to return or exchange

  1. If you are not happy with your shirt, please send us an email and let us know that you are going to return it and in case of exchange, which shirt would you like to have instead (please make sure that we have your desired shirt at first).
  2. You may send your return using courier service. Returning a product is your sole responsibility until we receive the item. Use safe packaging and choose the delivery service wisely. We recommend keeping the proof of postage receipt until your refund has been issued.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days since we received your return.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

We welcome you to continue to buy and try on our styles to make sure you find the look and fit that you love best. We know that you need to take the shirt out of the packaging to do that. All we require to be eligible for a return is that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Procedure for Filing Complaints

In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act article 210 section 2, all products sold via the Online Store have a 2 year term for filing complaints.

The Online Store shall not be held responsible for damages occurred due to abnormal use, also for delays in delivery if this is caused by conditions the Online Store couldn’t have been able to affect and/or which were caused by a force majeure.

If goods bought from the Online Store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.

Terms of Privacy / Data Security

The Purchaser gives a clear and conscious consent to the Online Store for processing his/her personal information.

Upon placing the order, the information supplied by the Purchaser to the Online Store shall be transferred into the client register and used to provide services and goods to the purchaser.

The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.

The Purchaser has the right to check his/her personal information, amend it or remove it from the register.

Settlement of Disputes

All disputes are settled according to legal acts of Estonian Republic.

If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
