Delivery of Ella Hopfeldt shirts is quick and efficient. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and for your shirts to be shipped from our warehouse. Delivery takes 7–20 business days for most international orders.

We offer WORLDWIDE FREE shipping for purchases over €40. And worldwide means that whether you are in the United States, Canada, Australia or any other country around the world you can have the shirts sent to a delivery address of your choice. Ordered goods will be delivered to you by registered parcel service.

International Delivery

International delivery is provided by Estonian international logistics company Omniva via international standard parcel service. It is FREE OF CHARGE if the order exceeds €40. Otherwise a fee of 5–10 EUR is applicable. The delivery can take up to 20 business days.

Delivery to Finland

Goods ordered to Finland will arrive via POSTI and you will receive the package at your selected parcel terminal. The delivery is FREE of charge. You will receive the parcel at your selected Posti parcel terminal within 5 business days after it has been sent. Packages will be kept at the parcel terminal 7 calendar days after their arrival at the terminal.

Delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, we deliver shirts via Omniva parcel terminals. The delivery is FREE of charge. You will receive the parcel at your selected Omniva parcel terminal 2–5 business days after it has been sent. Packages will be kept at the parcel terminal 7 calendar days after their arrival at the terminal.

Returns and exchanges

We know you are going to look great in your Ella Hopfeldt dress shirt, however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to receive a full refund or have an item exchanged, please keep in mind that you have up to 14 days to cancel the contract and return the goods. The right to cancel the contract does not apply for legal entities.

If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your goods, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

How to return or excange

  1. If you are not happy with your shirt, please send us an email and let us know that you are going to return it and in case of exchange, which shirt would you like to have instead (please make sure that we have your desired shirt at first).
  2. You may send your return using courier service. Returning a product is your sole responsibility until we receive the item. Use safe packaging and choose the delivery service wisely. We recommend keeping the proof of postage receipt until your refund has been issued.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days since we received your return.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

We welcome you to continue to buy and try on our styles to make sure you find the look and fit that you love best. We know that you need to take the shirt out of the packaging to do that. All we require to be eligible for a return is that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
